Paralegal, Disputes Resolution

• Meeting the ever increasing demands for disaggregated legal services • Providing DSAR and Document Review support within the firm's Commercial and Dispute Resolution groups • Delivering paralegal support to the Dispute Resolution division • Reviewing documents as part of large scale eDisclosure and eDiscovery exercises • Providing legal and administrative support to fee earners for their caseloads • Producing high quality bundles • Filing and maintaining correspondence and documentation • Undertaking legal research and delivering findings • Maintaining matter trackers • Preparing draft or amended pleadings • Corresponding with Counsel, Court and other stakeholders in a professional manner • Financial hygiene including time recording and billing

Job Requirements

  • Practical experience in a Dispute Resolution or Employment Law environment (preferred)
  • Experience using Bundledocs, Kofax, Relativity and Intapp Time (preferred)
  • Basic working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate drive and initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to deal effectively with Partners and professionals across the firm
  • A strong and versatile team player
