Role Description Carepool is the modern answer to non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). We bridge the gap between transportation and healthcare. Qualifications - At least 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must have background in full cycle recruiting. - Experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to set up email templates that get responses. - Ability to work with internal stakeholders. - High level of motivation with the ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy to find resumes and generate candidates. - Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. - Comfortable working in a healthcare environment. Requirements - You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel. - Review applications/candidates for IT positions to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. - Propose new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. - Consult with the recruitment team on job descriptions and sourcing strategies. - Place and update all job postings in various media including internet sites, social networks, and staffing partners such as Indeed. - Ensure that you respond to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required. - Own the post-offer engagement process for your respective candidate(s). - Ensure that candidates have a smooth recruiting experience, including all points of contact during recruitment - job search, application, interview, and onboarding process. - Help with other HR activities as needed including training other recruiters with the use of different software. - Assist in the onboarding process which includes training others on how to use Carepool’s software.

Role Description We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the evaluation stage of our hiring process. A dedicated Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator handles sourcing, candidate emails, and scheduling — so your day is spent on what requires real judgment: reviewing, interviewing, and endorsing. You'll work directly with our Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and grow through weekly coaching. - Review: Evaluate video introductions and role-specific assessments to decide who moves forward — quickly and fairly. - Interview: Conduct up to 10 interviews per day (30 minutes each, 5 hours of interviewing daily) with the preparation and focus each candidate deserves. - Write: Produce clear, honest interview notes and candidate profilers that hiring leaders can act on the same day. - Endorse: Put your best candidates forward to Ops Leads and Executives with conviction and evidence. - Source: Contribute sourcing efforts on top of the coordinator's pipeline — your network and eye for talent add a second layer to our search. - Calibrate: Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions, and send a daily end-of-day report on your pipeline.
