Role Description ApprioHealth is seeking an experienced Software Engineer or Developer to support client delivery of Robotic Processes Automation solutions. This candidate will assist with initiating, designing, coding, testing, developing, and documenting modules within enterprise software applications for RPA purposes. - Estimates own work with support from Agile team members and communicates progress throughout delivery. - Utilizes available ApprioHealth processes in combination with industry best practices to meet platform specific coding and quality standards. - Fully adheres to program quality standards to deliver stable application components. - Designs and develops system components, from UI to database, while monitoring and reporting progress. - Develop RPA client solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility. - Develop automation processes based on determined schedules and business logic. - Responsible for managing IT infrastructure and applications as it relates to automation processes. - Participates in peer-reviews to ensure project architecture integrity is maintained throughout integration. - Leads other global development team members and responsible for their output. - Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor. - Experience leading the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions. - Demonstrated expertise with multiple full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation. - Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts. - Experience with business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management. - Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment. Qualifications - Experience with object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, .net or Python). - Experience with database development and management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS a plus. - Experience with source control tool such as Git. - Experience implementing UiPath products for customers. - Experience with RPA solutions. - UiPath Required, Boston Automation, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism preferred. - Experience with Dashboard, Reporting and Analytics tools (AWS Quicksight, Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy). - Previous experience in application or implementation support domain. - Ability to develop work components to integrate into larger delivery packages. - Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
