As a Revenue Systems Manager at Array, you will own the architecture, optimization, and intelligent automation of our full revenue technology ecosystem — from lead capture through renewal and expansion. This role combines systems strategy, applied AI enablement, and execution leadership. You will own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce, Gong, CPQ, Ironclad, and related GTM tools, while managing a technical systems resource and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in systems, designs for scale, and leads through influence and clarity. This role reports to the COO. You will: - Own Revenue Systems Architecture - Define and evolve the architecture supporting the full revenue lifecycle: lead → opportunity → contract → onboarding → renewal → expansion. - Ensure Salesforce data models, automation, and governance are scalable and aligned to how we sell and serve customers. - Drive clean, reliable lifecycle tracking and reporting across teams. - Lead AI Enablement Across GTM - Identify and implement practical AI use cases that improve productivity, forecasting signal, lifecycle insights, and decision-making. - Embed AI-driven workflows into revenue systems to reduce manual work and improve data quality. - Evaluate and scale AI-enabled GTM tools where appropriate. - Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought. - Lead Execution & Delivery - Manage one dedicated technical revenue systems resource. - Oversee cross-functional contributors (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, Client Success, Sales) on key systems initiatives. - Translate business priorities into clear technical requirements and drive projects to completion. - Maintain a prioritized backlog grounded in business impact. - Optimize the GTM Tech Stack - Oversee integrations across Salesforce, Gong, Ironclad, marketing automation, billing, and other revenue platforms. - Eliminate redundancy and improve data flow integrity across systems. - Drive automation that reduces friction and accelerates revenue processes. You have: - 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM systems architecture. - Strong Salesforce architecture experience. - Experience leading systems initiatives across cross-functional teams. - Experience managing at least one direct report or technical resource. - Applied experience leveraging AI within GTM workflows. - Strong prioritization and roadmap ownership skills. - Clear communicator who can align business and technical stakeholders. - A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
