Role Description As a Revenue Support Associate, you will ensure we are the best possible partners to our sales team along with several other cross-functional teams. Trust will be built on your ability to provide timely responses, take ownership of requests, and become a subject matter expert on the systems and processes being supported. - Directly own the resolution of Jira tickets and ensure SLAs are met. - Support Jira tickets and systems access requests. - Work cross-functionally to reduce monthly contact rate. - Engage with senior administrators on enhancements and feature requests. - Report into the Manager of Revenue Systems. - Support requests sent from sales associates on the Growth team. - Identify efficiencies or improvements that will reduce case volume and improve user experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills required for synchronous and asynchronous updates. In this position, you will be responsible for learning the INFINITT PACS Product from a training/demonstration perspective, support, and product implementations.
