Role Description Designs and builds multimedia and interactive learning programs to enable Wash's employee audiences to maintain and install commercial laundry appliances. Will also design safety, customer service, and leadership programs to ensure achievement of operational metrics. Utilizes learning theory and methodologies to design experiences that help professional audiences advance their careers and achieve operational excellence. Plans and oversees projects, schedules, and completion criteria. Analyzes learning effectiveness measured through quantitative and qualitative metrics. Works with executives, departmental leaders, and product managers to conduct training needs analysis and job task analysis for widely varied products and partnerships.
