Role Description We are seeking a high-impact Senior Program Analyst to provide expert analytical, programmatic, and logistics support to advanced research and development (R&D) programs. You will serve as a primary focal point for cross-functional coordination, risk management, data analysis, and the reporting of program status. Working directly with the Program Manager, you’ll integrate program requirements, coordinate program execution activities, and support development of acquisition, logistics, and technical documentation. The position is remote and requires an active Top Secret clearance. The scope of this effort encompasses the following primary activities: - This position serves as a level II Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) weapons systems and will report to the PMA-201 Standoff and Direct Attack Weapons (SDAW) Level I Program Manager(s). - The position is responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for all JSOW products and services assigned in support of weapon system configurations across the full systems life cycle and accountable to the Level I Program Manager. Responsibilities - The IPTL Senior Program Analyst position is responsible for overseeing the full scope of operations for the assigned products including Weapon Systems Maintenance, Sustainment, Production, and Demilitarization activities across the FYDP. - The IPTL will coordinate with supporting activities and define tasking as well as program priorities. - The IPTL is responsible for Information Technology, Cyber-Security, Configuration Management, Data Management, Training, Spend Plans, and Budget Development. - The IPTL will collaborate with the PMA-201 Chief Engineer, JSOW DAPMSE, JSOW APML, Financial Managers and Contracting Officers to ensure products are funded and delivered within the required schedule, with the required performance, and of the highest quality to ensure the Fleet is provided an effective and suitable product. - Integrate program requirements, coordinate program execution activities, and support development of acquisition, logistics, and technical documentation. - Serve as a primary focal point for cross-functional coordination, risk management, data analysis, and reporting of program status. - Collaborate with Government personnel, contractor teams, and program stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with program objectives. - Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and execution approaches. - Proactively identify and resolve programmatic and logistical issues to keep program execution on track and efficient. - While this position does not have direct budget authority, the Senior Analyst supports program budget planning and execution by tracking expenditures against program funding lines, monitoring cost and schedule performance, assisting in the preparation of budget estimates and justification materials, and flagging variances or risks to the Program Manager for corrective action. - The Senior Analyst may also support the development of financial and resource data used in program reviews, acquisition documentation, and status reporting. Qualifications - Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business or technical discipline (experience may substitute). - Experience: 10 or more years of DoD acquisition or program support experience.
