Financial Account Specialist

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking pre-settlement funding • Gather accurate case information — accident details, attorney info, case status, and insurance data • Assess case eligibility and route to the appropriate funding team for review • Coordinate with attorneys and law firms to collect necessary documentation • Keep detailed, accurate records of every client interaction and case update • Follow up consistently to move cases through the pipeline without delays • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role (Required)
  • Familiarity with pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a strong plus
  • A warm, professional communicator — you handle sensitive conversations with care and confidence
  • Detail-oriented and accurate — you know the small things make a big difference in this industry
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information
  • Flexible with shifting schedules and thrives in a fully remote setup
