CRC Insurance Services
• Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines • Market insurance products by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks • Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within defined underwriting and pricing parameters • Serve as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment • Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure • Monitor assigned accounts to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards • Support production goals by driving transactional deal flow and contributing to overall team performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
- Experience within wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and market placement practices
- Ability to analyze risk information and match coverage solutions within defined guidelines
- Effective communication and relationship management skills with agents and carriers
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency in systems and tools used to support quoting, placement, and servicing activities
- Appropriate state-specific insurance license required

• The New Business Broker serves as Franklin Madison's subject matter expert for the personal lines quoting, placement, and implementation experience. • This role is responsible for working with newly acquired clients after the sale to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, successful policy placement, and optimization of the end-to-end quoting process. • This role combines licensed insurance expertise, operational execution, and process improvement. • The New Business Broker will leverage Franklin Madison's multi-carrier quoting platform to obtain and evaluate coverage options, place business with carrier partners, and drive continuous improvements to workflows, technology integrations, and customer experiences. • This position serves as the bridge between sales, operations, technology, carrier partners, and clients—ensuring that every new customer is successfully implemented, quoted efficiently, and placed with the appropriate carrier while helping shape the future state of Franklin Madison's Personal Lines distribution model.
