Qualifications - Education & Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent preferred. - Experience: 1 – 3 years in a clinical or lab setting, with experience in telehealth and billing is a bonus. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and medical billing software. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. - Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA and insurance billing guidelines.
