Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Telehealth Specimen Collector with experience in toxicology or laboratory procedures who will be conducting telehealth visits with patients and manage patient billing. This role requires a combination of clinical skills, patient interaction and administrative expertise to support our healthcare team effectively. Qualifications - Education & Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent preferred. - Experience: 1 – 3 years in a clinical or lab setting, with experience in telehealth and billing is a bonus. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and medical billing software. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. - Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA and insurance billing guidelines. Requirements - Conduct virtual patient visits, assisting with follow-ups, medication reviews, and patient education. - Document patient interactions, symptoms, and treatment plans in our systems. - Coordinate patient care, including scheduling, referrals, and provider communication. - Provide excellent patient service while ensuring HIPAA compliance during telehealth sessions. - Process insurance claims, patient billing and coding. - Verify patient insurance coverage and handle prior authorizations. - Assist with payment collections, billing inquiries and claim follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical billing regulations. Role Description We're hiring a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting all credentialing, licensing, and payer contracting activities within the Managed Care Contracting & Credentialing Department. This role ensures MD, APRN, RPSGT, RTT profiles and facilities are appropriately credentialed and licensed (include Rx authority and autonomous practice when applicable), re-credentialed, and contracted in compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
