• Define and execute the Americas marketing strategy aligned to growth priorities and commercial objectives • Translate global marketing priorities into regional plans tailored to market dynamics and customer needs • Shape go-to-market approaches for Service, Modernization, New Equipment, and strategic growth initiatives • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities • Partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership to align on priorities, target accounts, and growth opportunities • Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing managers and specialists • Establish and monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign ROI, revenue influence, and account engagement
Job Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial excellence, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Significant leadership experience within large, matrixed, global organizations
