Talent Development Assistant

• Build and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate. • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS). • Collect, organize, and analyze learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training materials. • Translate learning materials from Russian to English and from English to Russian. • Keep training materials accurate, up to date, and well-organized. • Leverage AI tools to streamline routine tasks, including translation, content structuring, formatting, and other content-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher** — you'll be expected to confidently work with learning materials in both English and Russian.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through to completion** — this role requires accuracy and a careful approach to every aspect of the work.
  • A good eye for design and visual presentation**, with the ability to create clean and well-structured materials.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma**.
  • Strong communication skills** — you'll collaborate with learners, teammates, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Experience using AI tools** and a willingness to incorporate AI into your daily workflow.
