• Design and develop large-scale, single- and multi-tenant, robust, cutting-edge Java-based identity management products • Collaborate effectively with the distributed team, with team members in the Portland, OR metro area, Canada, and Europe • Analyze and elaborate on requirements with product management and architects to improve the identity platform and develop new features for PingIDM • Plan, estimate, and manage development tasks independently and efficiently per business plans • Enable successful cloud deployments • Work closely with customer-facing support teams to resolve customer issues

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android • Build performant, scalable, and maintainable mobile experiences • Collaborate closely with your pod to rapidly prototype and ship new features • Partner with product and design teams to translate business goals into elegant technical solutions • Build mobile interfaces and workflows that integrate AI-powered capabilities and LLM-driven experiences • Collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to support recommendation systems, conversational experiences, personalization, and intelligent automation • Integrate with modern AI infrastructure and APIs where appropriate • Help define best practices for AI-native mobile product experiences • Leverage AI coding agents and modern developer tooling to accelerate engineering velocity • Evaluate and improve workflows using AI-assisted development practices • Maintain strong engineering judgment while validating AI-generated code and architectural suggestions • Contribute to engineering efficiency through automation and tooling improvements • Optimize rendering, state management, app startup time, memory usage, and overall mobile performance • Work across React Native and native platform integrations when necessary • Improve application observability, reliability, and scalability • Help shape frontend architecture and technical direction across pods • Write clean, testable, well-documented Typescript code • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering planning • Build and maintain automated tests and CI/CD workflows • Share knowledge and mentor other engineers across the organization • Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies. • Contribute to strategic product feature development and shared platform components. • Help guide architectural decisions across application, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and developer productivity domains. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, release planning, and production support as needed. • Improve deployment workflows, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and production operations. • Work within Azure-based environments, including App Services, Function Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, Front Door, networking, and related cloud infrastructure. • Support secure, reliable, and compliant software delivery practices appropriate for a fintech or financial services environment. • Thoughtfully adopt and mature AI-enabled engineering tools such as Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms. • Mentor engineers and help raise the overall engineering maturity of the team. • Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
