• Manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion. • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and manage resources effectively. • Maintain and manage timely and professional written and verbal communications with clients and faculty members. • Ensure client expectations are met on all levels of program activity. • Develop new project budgets and manage reconciliation of individual projects. • Schedule and conduct various project meetings and provide ongoing updates.

• Lead and manage 3PL implementation projects across LATAM. • Owning project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. • Develop and maintain integrated project plans. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Coordinate governance meetings and technical workshops with 3PL/4PL partners. • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks. • Support deployment activities and facilitate successful cutover.

• Provide strategic leadership for project management function • Oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) innovations • Establish and drive enterprise project management methodologies, governance, tools, and best practices • Align project priorities with organizational strategy • Strengthen collaboration between product and project management teams • Ensure effective management of project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and quality • Drive ROI planning and performance measurement • Maintain and enhance project management processes and methodology in alignment with PMI and Agile guidelines • Lead the migration, build-out, and optimization of the project management resource suite utilizing Microsoft Planner and adjacent MS tools • Develop, implement, and govern project management processes, KPIs, visual dashboards, templates, and policies • Prepare and deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to Senior Leadership
