Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field; or comparable education and work experience.
- 5+ years of related project management leadership experience in Tech-Ops, RCM operations, or software development environments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparative Agile project management certification(s) or planning to obtain in the next 12 months.
- Direct, hands-on experience building out workflows, templates, or managing portfolios within Microsoft Planner and the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
- Proven ability to present complex, technical, financial, or controversial topics clearly to an executive leadership team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and unify product management and project management teams cross-functionally.
- Proven experience managing third-party software vendors and external contractors, including a track record of monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring partner deliverables align with technical project timelines and budget constraints.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for job-related communication, including understanding policies, writing correspondence, and engaging with colleagues or clients.
