Job Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied AI researcher, with a track record of deploying models or building analytical systems in production.
  • Russian language fluency and strong English language proficiency for reporting, collaboration, and presenting insights.
  • Proven top-tier competitive coding credentials: Kaggle Master+, ICPC medalist, IOI medalist, or Codeforces IM+.
  • Strong programming skills with production-ready Python and SQL experience.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning, beyond standard boosting models.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality—you take full responsibility for problem-solving end-to-end.
  • Experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights for business or product strategy.
  • Nice-to-have**
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets (PB-scale) and distributed systems.
