Title: Project Manager Location: United States Department: IT Support Full Time Job Description: KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager.  The eDiscovery Project Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients from project initiation through closeout. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables. They are responsible for setting and meeting client expectations and communicating project progress to all the stakeholders in the project – the client, as well as the sales and operations teams. Candidates must be confident, highly self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse set of parties, both internal and external, this will include lawyers, C-Level corporate clients, technical engineers, and litigation support staff from around the world.  Remote, work from home opportunity. Responsibilities In this capacity, the eDiscovery Project Manager will perform the following tasks, under the direction of the Client Services Manager. - Successfully manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects, overseeing all phases from initiation and planning through execution, review, and final delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality and compliance standards. - Acts as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing informed guidance that supports strategic decision making and strengthens long-term relationships. - Apply strong technical and procedural knowledge of eDiscovery alongside sound project management discipline to achieve efficient, defensible, and client-focused outcomes. - Provide complete and timely communications to KLDiscovery clients ensuring that at all levels of the client organization, the project status is understood - Provide appropriate work directions to all internal KLDiscovery personnel assigned to execute the project - Act as a liaison between internal KLDiscovery personnel and KLDiscovery’s clients to facilitate successful project completion - Facilitate project meetings and internal communication between KLDiscovery staff to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time - Carry out all appropriate processes and procedures to ensure correct forecasting of revenue and invoicing of client projects - Work with sales to help plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost-effective manner - Provide project-specific reporting as required by the client and internal stakeholders - Develop relationships with appropriate client representatives - Work well under pressure with a small, diverse, and dedicated team of professionals Qualifications - 1 – 3 years eDiscovery project management, in a fast paced, client-facing role. - Proven ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from win to completion in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to build long-term trust with clients through delivery excellence and exceptional interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages. - Proficient understanding of data management, analytics, processing and hosting, as it relates to eDiscovery project management and best practice. - Knowledge of data privacy laws, FRCP, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks. - Hands-on expertise in eDiscovery tools and platforms. - Works effectively with multidisciplinary teams, encouraging open communication and solution-focused conflict resolution. - Strong ability to work autonomously; identifies and presents solutions; confident decision-making ability - Strong attention to detail - Technical aptitude and financial appreciation - University degree or equivalent qualification preferred - RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification is a plus - After-hours and weekend work required - Regional travel may be required, in line with business needs Driving Career Growth, Benefit Excellence: The KLD Advantage At KLD we invest in employees and their families by placing their wellbeing first.
