• Design and implement API-first and event-driven architectures that enable scalable, real-time system communication • Architect integration patterns including REST/gRPC APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven workflows across distributed systems • Define and enforce data contracts, schemas, and interface standards to ensure consistent, reliable data exchange across domains • Design for resilience in distributed systems, including preventing duplicate processing, managing retries and replays, and ensuring fault tolerance • Lead modernization of legacy integrations by reducing point-to-point dependencies and enabling loosely coupled architectures • Establish best practices for API lifecycle management including versioning, documentation, security, and governance • Provide architectural leadership through design reviews, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration to ensure consistent adoption of integration patterns

• Design, lead, and implement an enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) platform • Combine thought leadership with hands-on technical execution • Support the design, build, and operationalization of trusted master data across multiple domains • Report to the MDM Product Owner • Collaborate closely with MDM Administrators, technical data stewards, integration developers, and downstream platform teams • Ensure master data is accurate, governed, scalable, and consumable across the enterprise • Define and own the MDM data architecture across multiple master data domains • Design and document MDM data flows, integration patterns, and dependencies • Establish best practices for data modeling, domain design, and extensibility • Develop and maintain data syndication and data services in Profisee, SQL, Python, and .Net technologies • Design and build integration patterns to ingest and syndicate trusted master data between the MDM platform and enterprise systems • Define and implement data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and matching and survivorship logic • Develop stewardship user interfaces to support data governance and operational workflows • Manage the technical administration of the MDM platform

• Design and guide practical frameworks, processes, and approaches that help the organization confidently bring evolving go‑to‑market models to life • Ensure operational foundations – such as governance, decision‑making, and capability development – are thoughtfully aligned, coordinated, and embedded into everyday ways of working • Champion mindsets and behaviors that strengthen customer‑centricity, agility, and shared enterprise accountability • Create and activate strategies that foster psychological safety, leadership engagement, and team resilience • Partner across the organization to support the adoption and integration of new practices, ensuring improvements are embraced and sustained over time
