Job Requirements
- Plaintiff personal injury law firms experience
- Medical offices or healthcare scheduling experience
- Legal intake or case support experience
- Call centers with high-volume inbound calls experience
- Virtual assistant roles supporting U.S. businesses
- CRM or case management systems knowledge (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio, etc.)
- Strong written and spoken English with professional Spanish fluency.
