Reporting to the Director of Maritime Operations, this position serves as the operational lead for the Maritime Execution Team (MET) and supports government sponsors, program offices, engineers, and operational users throughout the planning and execution of experimentation events involving unmanned surface, subsurface, and expeditionary systems. This position serves as the primary point of operational coordination for Maritime Execution Team activities conducted in support of government customer objectives. The Maritime Operations Chief collaborates with government and industry stakeholders to coordinate operational activities, support field experimentation events, and contribute to the evaluation and transition of emerging maritime capabilities into operational use.
