Area Finding Specialist, Part-time
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
• Set up successful paid social media (Facebook) ad campaigns for all the missions in an Area. Optimize the effectiveness of these ads by creating an audience that targets people within areas of strength that agree to meet with missionaries to learn more about the Church. • Localize static ads and work with social media leaders and content creators within missions to develop high intent ads that are localized to a community. Help missionaries create “selfie video ” and other localized video content that will resonate with locals, which is measured by the number of leads, the cost per lead and the key indicator outcomes that result from these ads. • Works with the Finding Support Center (FSC) ad specialists to adapt strategies from other successful ads. May assist in editing videos. • Train social media leaders and referral secretaries on their responsibilities, including best practices for first contact training, following up with missionaries for media referrals, mission/zone pages, message ads and personal profile finding. • Review data on ad performance for each mission frequently and identify opportunities to improve. • Work with Area Mission Specialists (AMS) with their needs for information, training and solutions for local social media issues for areas or missions. Coordinate with AMS on outcomes and needs of missions. • Work with Worldwide Finding team to share and learn about best practices, review outcomes, share and report on goals, conduct pilots and coordinate other efforts.
Job Requirements
- Must be a returned missionary.
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies.
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Successful experience utilizing Facebook Pages and Personal Profile for finding leads.
- Skills and experience with a proven track record of completing complex projects requiring multilateral support, training and coordination, oftentimes in different languages and cultures.
- Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment.
