Job Requirements
- 2+ years in an account management, customer success, or renewal-owning role in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable with commercial conversations.
- Strong at asking the right questions in client meetings.
- Genuinely curious about AI and how it's changing search.
- Organised and proactive: you manage your book of business systematically.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish or other European languages are a plus for our client base.
- Nice to have Background in SEO, content marketing, or digital agency work.
- Experience managing accounts across legal, healthcare, financial services, or professional services verticals.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM for account tracking and renewal management.
- You've been an early CS or AM hire before and understand what it means to build the function as you run it.

What You'll Be Doing: - Prepare financial models for potential acquisition, development, and redevelopment opportunities utilizing Argus and Excel. Review and create investment pro formas to ensure consistent application of underwriting standards. - Prepare comprehensive investment packages and memos for consideration by Regency's Real Estate Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors. - Oversee the creation and periodic updating of financial models for in-process developments (aids in forecasting and project management and review) & associated monthly updates of MDM and DSR (forecasting models). - Supervise, manage, train, and development FS analysts that report to Manager. - Perform due diligence functions (i.e., review of transaction agreements, lease and file review, environmental assessment, title and survey review, physical inspection, confirmation of zoning and entitlements, estoppel tracking and review), conduct local market research to gather competitive business intelligence, and close and transition new investments into the Regency portfolio. - Evaluate tenant financial health and provides financial analysis to the Investment and Leasing departments.
