Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of Marketing experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of Marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Marketing experience
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, commercial strategy, business consulting, business development, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Proven success leading strategic initiatives that deliver measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling business cases supported by customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence.
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across highly matrixed organizations including experience influencing cross functional teams, leading complex strategic initiatives, and driving outcomes through collaboration without direct authority.
