Part-Time Social Media Content Manager

Role Description We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to support a leading luxury real estate media brand. This is a part-time, remote role focused primarily on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that feels native to each platform while maintaining an elevated, premium brand identity. You will be responsible for: - Content ideation, planning, posting, and creating or editing social-first content using Instagram and TikTok’s native tools and features. - Working quickly under demanding deadlines without compromising quality or brand consistency. Responsibilities - Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok. - Plan and manage the weekly social media content calendar. - Create, edit, and publish social-first content using in-app editing tools and native platform features. - Produce approximately 5–6 short-form videos per week. - Create and publish approximately 20–30 Instagram Stories per week. - Identify relevant trends, formats, audios, hooks, and platform features that align with the brand. - Maintain a consistent, elevated, and premium visual identity across all content. - Repurpose existing footage into engaging social media content. - Write or support the creation of captions, story copy, and on-screen text. - Collaborate with the internal content team and dedicated video editors. - Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content. Qualifications - Fluent English, both written and spoken. - Strong familiarity with U.S. culture, social media trends, and digital content. - Proven experience managing content for Instagram and TikTok. - Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok’s native editing tools, features, formats, and best practices. - Experience working with luxury, premium, corporate, or highly reputable brands. - Portfolio or examples demonstrating excellent visual taste and high-quality social media content. - Strong creative judgment and ability to maintain a premium brand aesthetic. - Experience managing content calendars and working under demanding deadlines. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. - Based in Latin America, preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil. - Availability to work approximately 20–25 hours per week within a flexible schedule and reasonable overlap with the client’s working hours. Nice to Have - Experience supporting a creator-led brand, personal brand, media company, or executive profile. - Experience with luxury real estate, architecture, design, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle content. - Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing software. - Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
