Role Description NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Functional Analyst to support maintenance and asset management initiatives. This individual will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams, translating operational and reporting requirements into SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), understand maintenance business processes, and be able to map business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs to SAP PM data structures and system functionality. - Serve as the SAP PM subject matter expert for maintenance and asset management processes. - Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance operations, work management, and asset management. - Translate business requirements into SAP PM functional specifications. - Map operational KPIs and reporting requirements to SAP PM data fields and structures. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP developers, and technical teams to design and implement SAP PM solutions. - Participate in solution design discussions and recommend SAP PM best practices. - Validate data requirements and ensure reporting outputs meet business expectations. - Support testing, validation, and implementation activities. - Ensure SAP PM configurations and reporting solutions align with operational requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP PM process and data issues. Qualifications - 5+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) experience. - Must have professional proficiency in English. - Deep knowledge of maintenance notifications, work order management, functional locations, equipment master data, preventive maintenance, and asset management processes. - Experience translating business requirements into SAP PM functional solutions. - Experience working directly with business stakeholders and SAP technical teams. - Strong understanding of SAP PM data structures and reporting requirements. - Experience supporting KPI reporting and operational analytics. - Experience validating and testing SAP PM solutions. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
