Role Description The QA role will be responsible for the manual and automated testing of trading, market data, and STP applications in Tradeweb’s Fixed Income Corporate Bond Trading platform. Successful candidates must have excellent Quality Assurance and Control experience in testing and validating electronic trading systems in the Fixed Income market. Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off sites. Role Description The Senior QA Engineer, reporting into the QA practice lead, will be responsible for leading test analysis and test design for enterprise clients running Salesforce CPQ solutions built on Logik/Logikit. This role plays a critical part in validating complex configuration and pricing logic before it reaches production, working across sales, quoting, and fulfillment workflows. • Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards and telemetry visualizations to monitor system performance, latency, error rates, saturation, and overall platform health. • Configure and maintain observability solutions, including Prometheus monitoring and alerting, ensuring critical service metrics and SRE Golden Signals are effectively tracked. • Develop, test, and maintain modular Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning, application configuration, patching, and operational workflows. • Support enterprise automation through AWX by managing centralized execution, automation templates, RBAC, and reusable infrastructure workflows. • Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repositories using Git, following best practices for version control, peer code reviews, and CI/CD-driven automation. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives, contributing to sprint execution and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories while driving automation, observability, and platform reliability initiatives.
