• Build Jasper’s Enterprise Growth Engine • Lead Jasper’s integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing. • Build a unified growth engine that accelerates pipeline across our enterprise sales motion and leverages AI to continuously improve speed, personalization, and performance. • Lead Jasper’s field marketing and account-based marketing strategy, bringing together executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays into a cohesive enterprise growth motion. • Partner closely with Sales to create high-impact programs that build relationships, accelerate pipeline, and expand strategic accounts. • Use data to evaluate funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize investment, and improve conversion across the customer journey. • Establish forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable fast, informed decision-making. • Partner closely with GTM Operations and Data Science to continuously improve the systems that power growth. • Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing. • Coach leaders, raise the quality bar, and build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, including experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
- A track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, CRO, and modern growth strategy.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams while remaining close enough to the work to coach and contribute.
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on operating style—you enjoy moving between executive planning and campaign execution.
- Curiosity about AI and a demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve how marketing works.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.
