Marketing and Sales Director

• Drive the long-term roadmap for the Sales & Marketing Team and provide thoughtful expertise to the senior leadership team. • Develop the Sales & Marketing Team members. • Take ownership of the overall messaging and positioning of the company. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships between Sales & Marketing and other departments.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in an in-house or agency role with experience leading or managing a team.
  • Expertise in managing pipeline development and helping teams hit their sales targets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation and supporting a sales team.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing strategies to meet revenue generation targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience working with productized services or ideally the sales tax industry.
  • Proficiency in using a data-driven approach to optimize sales and marketing performance.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
