Job Requirements
- Claims auditing experience
- Strong background in Casualty Extended Handling Bodily Injury (EHBI) and litigation claims as preferred
- Experience auditing claims and thorough understanding of audit methodologies, quality standards, and claims best practices
- Ability to provide constructive feedback, facilitate meaningful conversations around quality, and influence positive change at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable handling the most complex auto claims (coverage, liability, and damages) with discretion and independence within an increased level of authority.
