Role Description Zur Verstärkung unseres DACH-Vertriebsteams suchen wir einen engagierten und detailorientierten Sales Representative (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Vertriebsorganisation in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz mit operativen, analytischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing und Customer Service tragen Sie maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf der Vertriebsprozesse und einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung bei. Sie unterstützen die Pflege von Kundendaten, koordinieren Produktlistungen und stellen eine effiziente Vertriebsadministration sicher. Representative Activities - Unterstützung des DACH-Vertriebsteams bei allen operativen und administrativen Vertriebsaktivitäten. - Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Koordination der vertriebsbezogenen Kommunikation. - Pflege von Kundenstammdaten, Produktinformationen und Listungsunterlagen. - Verwaltung von Produktlistungen, Auslistungen und Aktionspreisen in SAP sowie in Kundenportalen. - Erstellung von Angeboten auf Basis der vom Vertriebsteam vorgegebenen Preisgestaltung. - Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Überwachung von Fristen. - Erfassung, Pflege und Analyse von Kunden- und EPOS-Daten. - Unterstützung bei Kundenpräsentationen, Marktanalysen und Vertriebsreportings. - Koordination von Produktmustern und Nachverfolgung entsprechender Aktivitäten. - Verwaltung von Produktinformationen und Marketingmaterialien für Kundenportale. - Unterstützung bei Zertifizierungen und kundenbezogenen Dokumentationen. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing und Customer Service. - Identifizierung und aktive Kommunikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb vertriebsrelevanter Prozesse. Qualifications - Kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliche Qualifikation oder eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung. - Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support, Customer Service oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion. - Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. - Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Detailgenauigkeit. - Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und Prioritäten zu setzen. - Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten. - Selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. - Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel. - Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil. Requirements - Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau. - Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau sind zwingend erforderlich, insbesondere in der mündlichen Kommunikation in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld. - Bitte beachten Sie, dass die erste Interviewrunde vollständig in englischer Sprache durchgeführt wird, um die erforderlichen Englischkenntnisse zu beurteilen.
