Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Designer to join our Point of Sale Design team. Our team is responsible for the core POS experience for both sellers and buyers, evolving and reinventing the shared surfaces of our Point of Sale to better serve sellers. We work closely with audience-specific design and product teams, as well as our hardware partners. The future of POS will use AI to streamline workflows and create unique, delightful experiences for sellers and buyers alike. We’re looking for someone with strong visual and interaction design skills, excellent prototyping ability, and a systems-thinking mindset. As a senior designer on the team, you’ll lead ambitious projects from vision through shipped product, while raising the bar for both execution and product vision. • Work with peers and leaders across engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and product design to iterate on and improve our products • Document user needs and pain points, design directions, trade-offs, and detailed designs using a variety of product design and visual communication tools, including agentic tooling such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude Code where it adds value to your practice • Work with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, and lead customers such as the members of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Design Partnership Program (DPP) to plan and execute formative and evaluative research initiatives • Provide pragmatic, cohesive, and highly scalable design solutions that strike the appropriate balance between addressing business, customer, and user needs

Role Description As an integral member of the digital product team, the Digital Product Designer ll serves as a contributor to the design and experience of the Careforth communication/collaboration platform. This individual works directly with Careforth Digital Product Owners and stakeholders in collaboration with the Senior Digital Product Designer to translate user and client needs into concepts, designs, then ultimately, products. The Digital Product Designer ll works to create interfaces based on established design guidelines, best practices, and standards. - Lead and create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and utilizing research methodologies such as personas, journey mapping and usability studies. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the digital product team. - Manage a backlog of design work, in collaboration with digital product management and development teams, to support a consistent rollout of features aligned with our overall digital product strategy and release commitments. - Design app & web interfaces that will bring a consistent and intuitive user experience across device platforms. - Manage expectations as priorities change due to shifts in client demands. - Monitor industry trends and new technologies for potential adoption. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 4 - 6 years of experience in UI/UX design and Responsive Web design. - Extensive experience in creating user flows, wireframing, and prototypes for web and native apps. - Thorough knowledge of design tools such as Figma, InVision is required. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 is required; JS is a plus. - Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desired. - Experience in Service Design is a plus. - Candidates will be required to showcase their portfolios.
