As the Electrical Transmission & Distribution Practice Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. Qualifications - Proven success driving revenue growth of our core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing/special inspections) within Electrical Transmission & Distribution, or similar markets. - Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector. - 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles. - You have a proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the electrical transmission & distribution market. - A Professional Engineer license (PE) is a plus. - Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
