Delivery/Implementation Project Manager

CEPRES

Role Description - Client Project Delivery: - Own the full lifecycle of client onboarding and implementation projects, from scoping through go-live and hypercare. - Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports; proactively surface risks and drive mitigations. - Run regular client-facing project governance: kick-offs, steering committees, and milestone reviews. - Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across different geographies and fund types (PE, VC, private credit, real assets). - Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into clear delivery briefs. - Partner with Client Success, Data, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and resource allocation. - Escalate and resolve blockers decisively, maintaining client confidence throughout delivery. - Process & Continuous Improvement: - Develop and refine repeatable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices. - Identify patterns across engagements to improve onboarding speed, data quality outcomes, and client satisfaction. - Contribute to the development of the PMO function as CEPRES scales its client base. Qualifications - 4–7 years of project management experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a data/analytics SaaS business. - Demonstrable track record of delivering complex, client-facing implementation or onboarding projects on time and within scope. - Exposure to private markets (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or real estate) is a strong advantage. - Structured thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable in a client boardroom and a Jira backlog. - Proficiency with project management tooling (e.g. MS Project, Kanban Boards, SAFe and PMI Processes) and documentation standards. - Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and maintain momentum across long-running programmes. - Data-literate: comfortable discussing data structures, data mapping, and integration workflows at a conceptual level. - Client-first mindset: you treat client outcomes as your north star. - High ownership and accountability — you follow through without needing to be chased. - Collaborative and pragmatic; you build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. - Comfortable working across time zones in a globally distributed team. Benefits - Career Path in Private Equity: Step into one of the most in-demand and exciting industries in finance today. With us, you'll experience unparalleled opportunities for career growth and promotions, receive regular feedback, and benefit from mentorship provided by an international team of passionate experts. Be part of a unique growth story and take on an exciting, challenging role in a dynamic global environment. - Culture That Drives Success: We are powered by core values that foster an entrepreneurial spirit, drive results, and empower ownership. At our company, collaboration and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do. Transparency in company goals ensures you’re always part of the bigger picture. - Commitment to Our People: We care deeply about our team, offering outstanding benefits and opportunities to thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and international workplace. - Compensation: Attractive package that reflects your skills, contributions, and growth potential.
