Culinary Advisor – Sales

Flora Food Group

• Accompany the sales team to customer meetings, presentations and events • Live preparation and creative presentation of our products at client locations • Develop practical, customer-focused recipes and usage concepts • Train and advise customers (e.g., restaurants, large-scale catering/foodservice) on the use of our products • Support at trade shows, events and product launches • Work closely with sales, marketing and product development • Identify customer needs and derive innovative solutions

Job Requirements

  • Completed chef training and several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector or equivalent experience
  • Several years' experience in gastronomy, catering, food service or industry
  • Ideally additional experience in the food industry or field sales
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and current food trends
  • Sales-oriented mindset and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Interest in sustainable and plant-based cuisine
  • Confident, persuasive manner and strong presentation skills
  • Creative and solution-oriented
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACHIT region
