Role Description Notre client est une société française spécialisée dans les infrastructures IT, l'hébergement, les migrations techniques et le développement web. Dans le cadre de sa croissance, l'entreprise recrute un Coordinateur Technique Projets & Performance Support, véritable interface entre les équipes techniques, les clients, la direction et les équipes commerciales. Ce poste a été créé afin de renforcer trois axes essentiels : - Améliorer la réactivité du support et le respect des engagements de service (SLA). - Assurer une communication fluide avec les clients après la signature des projets, notamment durant l'onboarding. - Coordonner efficacement les échanges entre les équipes techniques, commerciales, la direction et les clients. Le titulaire du poste est le point de convergence entre ces différents acteurs. Il organise, arbitre, débloque les situations et garantit une communication claire et proactive. Une solide crédibilité technique est indispensable afin d'accompagner efficacement les équipes, tout comme d'excellentes qualités relationnelles pour instaurer une relation de confiance avec les clients et les collaborateurs. Qualifications - Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en agence digitale, infogérance, hébergement ou infrastructure. - Expérience significative en environnement de production. - Gestion d'une équipe support ou responsabilité d'un SLA. - Pilotage complet de projets de migration web ou d'infrastructure. - Expérience confirmée du travail à distance. Requirements - Excellente maîtrise du français à l'écrit comme à l'oral. - Très bonne capacité d'organisation et de planification. - Gestion du stress et des priorités. - Excellente communication. - Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités. - Leadership.
