Qualifications - Some experience as a Scrum Master with an awareness of one or more Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or XP. - Enthusiastic and open-minded with examples of a pragmatic and outcome-driven approach. - Positive and constructive attitude towards setbacks. - Experience working in a multicultural setting would be beneficial.
