Als freelance vraagontwikkelaar Mediation bij Examenadviesburo ontwikkel je examenvragen waarmee toekomstige mediators worden getoetst op hun kennis, vaardigheden en professionele oordeelsvorming. - Je ontwikkelt examenvragen voor het theorie-examen Mediator, gebaseerd op de actuele beroepspraktijk, geldende toetstermen en meest recente literatuur. - Je stemt af met onze onderwijskundigen over de inhoudelijke juistheid, kwaliteit en actualiteit van de vragen. - Je reviewt examenvragen van andere auteurs en voorziet deze van constructieve feedback. Qualifications - Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van mediation. - Je bent actief als mediator of op een andere manier betrokken bij het mediationvak. - Je werkt op HBO- of WO-niveau, aantoonbaar door opleiding en/of werkervaring. - Je kunt complexe materie helder, nauwkeurig en objectief formuleren. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. - Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en levert kwalitatief goed werk binnen afgesproken termijnen. - Ervaring met examinering, onderwijs of toetsontwikkeling is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
