• Design and maintain automated test suites : Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for end-to-end, API, and integration testing. • Integrate testing in CI/CD pipelines : Ensure tests are embedded in CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback. • Ensure test environment readiness : Maintain and monitor test infrastructure for continuous availability. • Analyze and optimize test processes : Identify testing bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize coverage and efficiency. • Own performance testing : Develop and execute performance tests to ensure scalability and reliability under high transaction volumes.

(Our goal is to do the absolute minimum of manual testing) • Setup and maintain automated test systems based on modern testing methodologies and integrated as part of CI pipelines • Contribute to test plans and test cases • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements • Proactively look at improving QA processes across the department • Track and share quality assurance metrics, like code coverage and defect counts • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

• Collaborate with the Video team to gather test automation needs. • Build, document, and maintain an end-to-end testing framework. • Identify application weaknesses and review bug reports to highlight problem areas and opportunities for new testing. • Define, apply & maintain effective automation design standards and practices with the objectives of maximizing reusability and maintainability. • Escalate critical bugs and work with developers to prioritize fixes. • Create and maintain test & engineering documentation.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software products across all teams and platforms. • Lead and develop a team of QA engineers, guiding both manual and automated testing efforts. • Define and drive the overall quality strategy, standardize QA practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coverage, and speed. • Strengthen the testing lifecycle, embed AI-assisted quality practices, and foster a culture where quality is owned across the organization.
