Demand Generation Manager
CloudM
• Build and run a demand generation strategy through the partner channel, aligned to pipeline and revenue targets • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and content initiatives with technology, reseller, and agency partners • Own partner-sourced pipeline reporting and attribution - track what's working and reallocate effort accordingly • Create partner-facing campaign assets, playbooks, and enablement materials • Manage CloudM's partner portal and communications cadence to keep partners active and contributing pipeline • Support Partner Account Managers with marketing enablement for new partners as they onboard, ensuring they're set up to drive co-marketing and pipeline from day one • Collaborate with the wider Growth team to test and scale what works across other channels
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong grounding in demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience running channel, partner, or affiliate marketing programmes (or a demand gen background you're looking to apply to a channel)
- Data-driven - comfortable owning pipeline reporting and attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Project management skills - you can run multiple campaigns and partner relationships at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a lean team environment
- Experience across multiple regions or markets
