• You will manage a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through optimization • Develop paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns • Build, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS • Conduct audience, creative, and offer testing to improve campaign performance • Analyze campaign data and proactively identify opportunities for growth • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creative assets, and overall marketing strategy • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations internally • Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met • Track projects and campaign progress using Monday.com • Collaborate daily with teammates through Slack
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience generating leads for local businesses (healthcare, legal, home services, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Bonus Points: Experience with GoHighLevel, Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Conversion API
- Experience working inside marketing agencies
