Role Description The Customer Care Billing Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers by addressing billing inquiries, resolving account issues, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and adjustments. This role serves as a key point of contact, helping customers understand their statements, fees, and service charges while ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. - Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, account balances, and billing discrepancies via phone, email, or chat. - Research and resolve billing issues, including credits, adjustments, missed payments, and account corrections. - Process customer payments and set up or modify billing arrangements, including auto-pay, payment plans, and account updates. - Educate customers on billing processes, pricing, service policies, and account features. - Document all interactions and updates in the customer management system accurately and promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Sales, and Technical Support) to investigate and resolve complex account issues. - Monitor and escalate potential concerns related to fraud, system errors, or recurring billing issues. - Maintain working knowledge of products, services, promotions, and billing practices. - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Enrollment Coordinator will spearhead Ophelia’s growth by facilitating patients’ first contact and enrollment in Ophelia.
