• Design, develop, and maintain robust C#.NET solutions, including Windows Services, WPF and WinForms clients, console applications, and inter-process communication using Named Pipes. • Build server-side components using ASP.NET Web API and Web Forms that interface with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, SQL Server, and SCCM/MECM. • Modernize legacy VBScript and classic scripting into maintainable C#.NET services and libraries. • Implement REST and RPC APIs, including ITSM integrations (OAuth, incident creation, attachments) and Microsoft Graph API-based compliance and inventory feeds. • Package, sign, and release MSI installers, and own end-to-end deployment through UAT, endpoint management, and production rollout. • Automate file distribution and multi-server synchronization workflows that feed downstream endpoint management processes. • Own build and release automation using CI/CD pipelines, with PR validation, quality gates, automated tests, and staged deployments. • Use AI coding assistants responsibly to accelerate development, applying rigorous review, testing, and full ownership of every line shipped. • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules: plan, merge cleanly from mainline, test thoroughly before handoff, and provide clear evidence of validation. • Produce design documents, test evidence, and release notes; follow disciplined branching, PR, and versioning practices. • Provide L3 engineering support on tools you own, driving root-cause analysis without waiting for direction. • Contribute to all stages of the SDLC following Agile methodologies and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Design and build high-performance services: Develop and maintain scalable APIs (gRPC and REST). • Own end-to-end delivery: Drive microservices from requirements gathering to deployment and operational support. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, DevOps, and other teams to translate feature requests into technical solutions. • Champion engineering excellence: Establish and promote best practices including code reviews, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure compliance and security: Adhere to security policies, coding standards, and regulatory requirements. • Optimize for production: Monitor and improve service reliability, performance, and cost in production environments.

• Define and lead the long-term technical architecture of the platform • Lead backend architecture and infrastructure strategy using Rust-based systems • Help build scalable systems supporting feeds, messaging, live updates, video, and data infrastructure • Oversee engineering direction across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and product systems • Partner closely with leadership on product and company strategy • Establish engineering culture, hiring standards, and technical execution processes • Work directly with engineers on architecture reviews, tradeoffs, and implementation decisions • Help design future financial infrastructure including rewards, wallets, payments, and crypto-related systems • Support AI-powered systems including translation, recommendation, search, and football history infrastructure • Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security across all systems

• Join our team and contribute to a high-performing backend project within the Banking Industry. • Participate in a rotating on-call shift schedule from Monday to Sunday. • Be on standby outside of standard working hours, reachable and available to log in and resolve critical system incidents if they arise.
