PRN Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse

Aeroflow Health

• Assist with telemedicine and in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups with patients and their families • Educate patients on use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telehealth • Provide respiratory skills to patients in the field as directed by physician orders • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality including providing private space for telehealth appointments • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule

Job Requirements

  • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
  • 1+ years’ experience in home health experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non-clinical staff
  • Must be highly organized and demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Must be willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral also required

Role Description Our client — a cardiac care management MSO — is hiring full-time virtual Care Navigators to support a growing population of medically complex patients with cardiac conditions, primarily congestive heart failure (CHF). This is a non-clinical (non-licensed) role focused on telephonic patient outreach, care plan support, CMS-compliant documentation, and coordination across the care team. The Care Navigator works under the supervision of RN Care Managers, escalating all clinical concerns appropriately. This role plays a critical part in reducing avoidable hospitalizations and supporting patient self-management over the long term.
