Content Analyst

The Content Analyst is responsible for evaluating content performance, analyzing audience engagement data, and providing actionable insights to improve content strategy and business outcomes. This role works closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to measure effectiveness across digital channels and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Content Analyst operates in a fully remote environment and contributes to data-driven decision-making. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected. CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager Billing & Collections. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company’s billing and collections operations, including invoicing, payments, disbursements, internal collections processes, and oversight of external vendors. You will lead the Billing & Collections team and serve as Process Owner for activities supported by third-party resources, ensuring adherence to service levels, performance metrics, and quality standards. This role also drives process improvement initiatives to standardize workflows and increase operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Lead and direct an effective and efficient Billing and Collections processes Ensure timely and accurate assistance to insureds, agents/brokers, internal staff, with the resolution of billing and collections issues Approval of premium write-offs, payment plans, disbursements, fee write-offs, and other billing adjustments, per authority limits Provide oversite of third-party collectors’ results, pushing both outstanding results and cost saving measures when appropriate. Continuous process re-evaluation to ensure Billing functions, collateral, documentation, and processes maintain compliance with regulators and other governing bodies.
