Job Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven experience delivering Finance Transformation, Finance IT, or financial systems projects.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, and enterprise technology landscapes.
- Experience translating strategic finance objectives into technology and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise financial platforms such as SAP, SAC, Workday, Oracle, or similar solutions.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost analysis, business cases, and ROI.
- Experience managing complex global projects involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.

Role Description The Head of IT will lead the technology strategy and operations for a growing organization (based in the UK, US, and Poland) specializing in software and services for pharmaceutical companies globally. This role (based in Poland or the UK) involves managing a small internal IT team responsible for M365, core infrastructure, cloud platforms, and user access, while overseeing external vendors supporting critical business applications such as NetSuite, Mavenlink, ZenQMS, and ZenDesk. The Head of IT will ensure that technology aligns with business objectives, supports operational efficiency, and complies with relevant industry and regional regulations.
