Strategic Consultant, Clearance Required

• Support Army logistics strategic readiness through planning, assessment, analysis, and enterprise integration activities. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate readiness trends, strategic initiatives, organizational performance, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple sources to support readiness assessments and executive decision making. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and strategic communications supporting Army logistics leadership. • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic readiness initiatives, plans, and organizational priorities. • Coordinate readiness activities, recommendations, and strategic initiatives across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders. • Assess organizational performance, identify capability gaps, and recommend solutions that improve readiness and operational effectiveness. • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, working groups, and collaborative meetings while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve enterprise readiness and mission performance. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to enhance readiness visibility and leadership decision making. • Identify opportunities to improve Army logistics readiness through business process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support policy development, strategic planning, organizational assessments, and execution of enterprise initiatives, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Three to ten years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, strategic readiness, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
- Experience conducting readiness assessments, strategic planning, operational analysis, or organizational evaluations.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Available for occasional travel.
- This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance.
