Qualifications - 7+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong full-stack software development experience, with expertise in building production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies. - Strong critical thinking when evaluating and applying AI technologies, with proven experience using Generative AI to improve software delivery while maintaining engineering quality. - Experience designing scalable software architectures and making technical decisions across complex projects. - Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other software engineers. - Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in technical discussions. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Professional English communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
