• Define, document, execute, and continuously improve processes to source, onboard, and deploy program personnel. • Collaborate with the PMO, customer, and leads to forecast resource needs and address potential gaps or conflicts. • Support financial forecasting, analysis of variance between actuals, forecasts, and plans, and periodic financial reporting. • Support preparation of periodic program status and management review deliverables. • Coordinate timely submission and processing of timesheet submissions, data calls, completion of required training, and other periodic program activities. • Collaborate with the PMO and program team to automate resource and financial management actions to improve efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a resource manager, program control analyst, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple in-flight items concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze personnel data such as labor category and financial data such as contract type, cost, and fee.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or the equivalent.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts, including resource planning, labor categories, contract types, and funding.
  • Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Tier 1 Background Investigation or Public Trust clearance.
