• Help develop a team of analysts responsible for ARR metrics, fostering a culture of accuracy, rigor, and continuous improvement • Assist in owning the end-to-end ARR reporting framework, including metric definitions, governance, and data integrity across new ARR, renewals, expansions, and churn • Partner closely with Corporate and GTM FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure alignment on ARR definitions, targets, and performance tracking • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that communicate ARR performance, trends, and variances to the CFO and C-suite stakeholders • Drive the annual and quarterly ARR planning process, developing and refining models that forecast bookings, renewals, net retention, and churn • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in ARR data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership • Build scalable processes and tooling to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and automation of ARR reporting • Serve as the subject matter expert on ARR metrics, educating cross-functional teams on methodology and ensuring consistent application across the organization • Influence across all levels from the front lines to the C-suite through clear communication of complex financial and revenue metrics • Tackle ambiguous, open-ended ARR questions and quickly develop structured, data-driven solutions
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in SaaS finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or business analytics, with 2+ years in a people management role
- Deep expertise in SaaS/Subscription revenue metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, churn, upsell/cross-sell, and cohort analysis
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics or finance teams, with a track record of developing talent and driving results in a fast-growing technology company
- Strong track record of designing ARR reporting frameworks and driving data governance initiatives across complex, cross-functional organizations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large, disparate data sets and translate them into clear executive narratives
- Experience with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake)
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
- Executive-ready communication skills, with experience presenting complex metrics and financial analyses directly to the C-suite
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision making.

Role Description The Financial Aid Processor Level 1 (FAP1) is primarily responsible for all aspects of the administration and compliance management for the federal and state student financial assistance programs at each of the assigned schools.
